By accessing or using BurnShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BurnShare is an anonymous file-sharing service that allows users to upload files up to 5 GB. Files are automatically deleted after a user-specified time limit (maximum 24 hours) or immediately after download if the burn-on-download option is enabled. No account or registration is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BurnShare to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or hatred
• Personal or private information of others without consent

We reserve the right to remove any content and block access to the service without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that content or usage violates these terms.

4. Service Limits

• Maximum file size: 5 GB per upload
• Upload rate limit: 3 uploads per 24-hour period
• Maximum file lifetime: 24 hours

These limits may change at any time without notice.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Files uploaded to BurnShare are temporary by design. We do not guarantee that files will be available for download at any time. Files may be deleted before their scheduled expiry due to system maintenance, abuse reports, or technical issues. Do not use BurnShare as your sole means of storing or transferring critical files.

6. Limitation of Liability

BurnShare is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access to your files, or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you represent that you have the right to share it. BurnShare does not claim ownership of your content and does not access, review, or analyze file contents.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes blocking IP addresses that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BurnShare after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
